How we were able to help one of our customers:
Awesome work! Dave and his assistant Tyler went above and beyond to rescue a “flushed” piece of irreplaceable family heirloom jewelry when a number of others told me not to bother. They never gave up in the face of adversity and were successful in retrieving the ring. Prices were fair, but in all fairness I didn’t ask for a quote in advance, I just told them to please get the ring back. They even cleaned up the job site to better than it was when they got there. Customer for life here.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Why does my drain get clogged?
Over time, the drains in your sink, shower, and tub can become clogged with soap scum, hair, and other debris. While you may be able to clear minor clogs with a plunger or snake, more serious blockages will require the help of a professional. In most cases, clogs are caused by a build-up of grease, soap, and hair. When these materials mix together, they can form a sticky residue that sticks to the sides of your pipes. Over time, this residue can build up and cause a blockage. In some cases, tree roots can also invade your drains, causing a clog. If you suspect that you have a clogged drain, it’s important to contact a professional as soon as possible. Otherwise, you may end up with a serious flooding problem.
Why does my toilet keep running?
A running toilet can be a frustrating and costly problem. In most cases, the issue is caused by a faulty flapper or lift chain. The flapper is a rubber seal that sits over the drain hole at the bottom of the tank. When you flush the toilet, the flapper lifts up to allow water to flow from the tank into the bowl. If the flapper is worn or damaged, it may not seal properly, causing water to leak into the bowl and resulting in a running toilet. The lift chain is attached to the flapper and helps to lift it when you flush. If the chain is too short, it can prevent the flapper from seating properly, again leading to a running toilet. Fortunately, both of these issues are relatively easy to fix. Simply replacing the flapper or adjusting the length of the lift chain should solve the problem.
Why isn't my water heater hot?
What should I do if my water pressure is low?
If you’ve ever taken a shower only to have the water pressure suddenly drop, you know how frustrating it can be. Low water pressure can make it difficult to get clean, and it can also lead to wasted water as you try to compensate for the lack of flow. Fortunately, there are a few simple things you can do to improve your water pressure. First, check to see if there is a leak in your pipes. Even a small leak can reduce water pressure, so it’s important to fix any leaks as soon as possible. Next, clean your faucets and shower heads. Over time, mineral deposits can build up and restrict water flow. Finally, if your home has an older plumbing system, consider having us come out and inspect your pipes for any potential problems. By taking these simple steps, you can help ensure that you always have strong water pressure.
